Project Background

In September 2021, our company conducted the second on-site test in the construction section of Guangzhou Metro Line 6 from Shahe to Shaheding, focusing on verifying the precise monitoring capabilities of our pipeline security system in a highly interfering and complex construction environment.

Challenges and Solutions

Complex environment: There are multiple rotary drilling piles, excavators and cranes operating intensively on the site at the same time, causing extremely severe mechanical vibration and noise interference.

Precise monitoring: Through optimized algorithms and multi-sensor fusion technology, it ensures that the system can stably identify real threats even under extreme conditions.

Test results

21 simulated drilling operations: The system triggered alarms 100%, with no missed alarms.

The false alarm rate is only 4.8% : 1 false alarm, which is far lower than the industry average.

This test fully verified the high reliability of the system in the complex construction scenarios of urban rail transit, providing real-time protection with zero blind spots for the safety of metro pipelines.
